  • Cancellation of services is a serious decision, and we understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate the termination of the contract. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation Requests: If you wish to cancel our services for any reason, a written cancellation request must be submitted to our customer support team at hello@evamsocial.com. The cancellation request must include your name, company name, contact information, and the reason for cancellation.

  • Cancellation Fees: In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee will apply. The fee is calculated as half of the total remaining amount due as per the terms outlined in the initial contract. This fee is applicable even if services have not been fully rendered.

  • Payment Obligation: Upon cancellation, the client is obligated to pay the cancellation fee within [number of days, e.g., 30 days - as per the contract] from the date of the cancellation request. Failure to fulfill this payment obligation may result in legal action to recover the outstanding amount.

  • No Refund for Partial Services: If services have already been rendered at the time of cancellation, no refund will be provided for the portion of the services already delivered.
